Distance/Remote sessions

All sessions available in distance/remote format. Just find a quiet and peaceful space to lay down and relax through a remote session. We can connect through FaceTime/phone/etc. This is just as effective as in person, yet more convenient if you have physical limitations, are suffering from an illness, unable to travel, are out of province or the country, or any other situation that prohibits travel. After the session I will text or email or virtually connect to provide feedback and follow up
